Is there any free service available using which i can upload audio files on my blog. Its called podcasting i think. Please help me out.

A podcast has episodes that send themselves to people. Do you need that, or do you just need them to be able to play it when they visit your site? If you don’t need episodes, you can just upload your audio as an MP3 file to your blog and then embed it so they will have something to click. Your blogsite will have instructions for that.
If you need episodes for people to take with them on their MP3 players or for them to subscribe without having to visit your blog to check for new episodes, you can try a freebie like Podbean, though many people find it unsatisfactory. I use Libsyn and their cheapest plan is $5.00 a month.
